TREATMENT AND DATA PROTECTION
By understanding that the use of your personal data requires your confidence, we follow the current regulations and the appropriate procedures in the treatment and data protection.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
The consortium of the ERA4SE project is responsible for the processing of the personal data of its partners, event participants, pilot tests users, subscribers and visitors who subscribe to our newsletter and or submit a request for contact or participation at piloting activities or events organized by the consortium, following the terms of the data protection legislation in force in the European Union (the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The ERA4SE Consortium discloses personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes defined in this privacy policy.
The ERA4SE Consortium uses partners to maintain and provide the website and for processing purposes as specified in this privacy notice. We will transfer your personal data to these partners only to the extent that these partners need access to personal data in order to provide services to the Consortium for the purposes defined in this privacy policy.
How are your personal data collected?
Personal data will be collected and processed in the following situations:
• If you complete the request of interest in participating at the project research, piloting and dissemination activities;
• If you complete a contact request form;
• If you complete other forms and formats of data collection available on the website;
• The registration form for any of the public events promoted by any of the partners of the consortium;
• The participants´ signature list when attending research, piloting or dissemination events promoted in the framework of the project.
For what purpose and what grounds can your personal data be used?
Your personal data will be collected and used for the specific purposes for which the data are provided namely: for stakeholders’ consultations on the needs and appraisal of the ERA4SE resources, on the production of reports to be submitted to the European Commission and to send updates on the progress and results of the project
Under the GDPR the use of personal data must be justified under at least one legal basis for the processing of personal data. The legal basis applicable to the collection and use of your personal data for purposes described above relating to ERA4SE project is your consent.
